Access to the survey management dashboard is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Unlike ordinary systems, there is no public user registration. Only the system administrator can create staff accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Log out of your account after each session
• Use strong, unique passwords for your account
• Not share your account with other individuals

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Unauthorized access to the dashboard
• Breach of security or misuse of the system
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

• Subdivision Survey: Dividing land into smaller parcels
• GIS Mapping: Geographic Information System mapping and analysis

• Valuation Support: Providing data for property valuation purposes

4.2 Service Requests

When you submit a survey request through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will review your request and contact you within 24 hours to discuss the next steps.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our discretion.

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa: Integrated through the Daraja API
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers to our account
• Cash: In-person cash payments at our office

6.2 Payment Terms

• Deposits may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of survey results
• Late payments may incur interest or penalties

6.3 Refund Policy

• No refunds for services that have been partially or fully rendered
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
• Any refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts

All content on our website and within our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and documentation, is the property of JOY Land Survey or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Survey Data: All survey data, reports, and deliverables are provided to clients for their personal use only and may not be shared with third parties without our consent
• Software: The Laravel-based system is proprietary and may not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, or copied
• Trademarks: JOY Land Survey and associated logos are registered trademarks

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business Information: Pricing, strategies, and internal operations
• Project Details: Scope, timelines, and deliverables
